Manufacturing
process
The welded mesh filling the steel frame of the SAMSON STRONG modules (mesh size 50x50x3 mm) is produced by welding longitudinal bars with transverse ones using special machines, making the rods sealed and adequately strong at the intersections. The final wires of such produced welded mesh are individually welded to the steel frame. Should one rod be damaged, it will not cause a break in the entire mesh.
Moreover, this type of mesh is harder and stiffer than the traditional woven mesh used for fencing properties, which a dog can easily untangle and escape from. Additionally, the use of a small mesh size makes it difficult for dogs to bite the wire or attempt to climb the mesh. Similarly, the tube modules with a cross-section of 16×1 mm make it impossible for dogs to chew through or bend the rods.
Importantly, the spacing of the mesh bars and tubes is designed so that a large dog cannot fit its muzzle between them, nor can they allow a dog to squeeze through or get stuck when the guardian decides to use them to build a pen for a small dog breed.
Durability of products
The products we offer for building the pen and its equipment are properly protected and selected to ensure the best conditions for four-legged companions.
The walls and doors are subjected to fire galvanization, making them resistant to changing weather conditions. Of course, the durability and lifespan of the product depend on the corrosive load of the environment in which the structure is operated. However, all pen elements, including welding spots, are anti-corrosion treated, meaning they do not require replacement for many years. The corrosion resistance of the walls and doors has been tested in demanding environments, including coastal conditions, making these products suitable for use in environments from C1 to C4.
The pen flooring is made of boards impregnated with natural oil, which are connected on the underside to a fire-galvanized steel profile.
This design ensures that the boards do not touch the ground and do not absorb moisture. In this way, the pen has guaranteed insulation and ventilation. Additionally, the plank width of 90 mm reduces the risk of wood warping due to weather conditions.
The roof is made of recycled material that is resistant to moisture, water, and UV radiation. The durability of the board is estimated at 10 years. This is a comfortable solution for the dog and the first of its kind used in pens, following the directives of the European Parliament on the production of products covered by a longer warranty.

We apply the same high standards when selecting suppliers for the raw materials used in our pen’s flooring and roofing. For roofing, we offer recycled panels that have a Hygienic Certificate, a Declaration of Conformity according to PN-EN ISO/IEC 17050-1:2010, and a Type III Environmental Declaration. For the pen flooring, we source boards treated with environmentally friendly natural oil.
In our Production Facility, we are committed to environmental protection by gradually implementing sustainable development principles. As a result, the quality of our production combined with our environmental care has been validated by two certifications: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System).
